Ever ono for Sweet/Sour Spareribs? Well here's a recipe for you - courtesy of Bri.
You will need:
5 lbs spareribs
salt/pepper
Sauce:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1-Tbs shoyu
1-Tbs ketchup
Piece of ginger
cornstarch/water
Season meat and broil until all sides are brown. While broiling meat, combine "sauce" ingredients into a pot and start to simmer. Once meat is finished browning - add to sauce. Continue to simmer all ingredients together for another 1hr to 1-1/2 hrs. Add cornstarch/water mixture to desired thickness.
