time to unwind...

After Grandma's funeral, we all went back to my dad's house to open the cards, sort everything out and just spend time with one another. It was a VERY emotionally draining day and we all wanted to just relax. What a better way to relax than to open a couple bottles of Patron! LOL So that is exactly what we did...

Things I learned about my family -

1. we can ALL drink
2. the MORE Ernie drinks the more buttons come undone on his shirt
3. Mel makes a YUMMY strawberry margarita
4. Koa is a great DD and very thoughtful to not "blow us out" on the freeway
5. our parents STILL don't like us to ride in the back of trucks - even though we are all in our 30's
6. my hubby loves to take pictures of us drunk
7. my family knows WHEN and HOW to party
8. our family is up for anyTHING, anyTIME and anyWHERE!
9. Costco is the place to be when you are drunk and want to run around in a/c
10. I love my family so much and can't wait for all of us to be together again...
